QuickBooks Pro is an accounting/finances application for Windows. With this application, you can take care of almost everything about your finances. If you work, you can input the time you work and how much you get paid. You can also manually insert your paychecks to the application to keep track of them. QuickBooks Pro also has features for contractors and small companies. You can keep track of your employees, the hours they work and more, so you can better bill your customers. Billing is another important feature of the application. There are several ways in which you can create and manage bills. Also, everything you create with QuickBooks you can export to other applications. You can even export your information to spreadsheets and documents. I really can't understand what half the other features are about. However, I can say that I have only heard good things about this application. QuickBooks isn't exactly cheap, and you can always do everything by hand, but the time-savings are probably worth the price tag. |
